Railroad Track Removal for Rails to Trails Project
Norfolk Southern is starting the removal of railroad tracks from its former corridor between Veterans Way and Barlow Road. This project, part of the Rails to Trails initiative, aims to enhance local recreational opportunities. The work will take place on weekdays during regular business hours and is anticipated to be completed within four weeks. Residents can look forward to a transformed space that promotes walking and biking in our community.
